Deadlines for packaging compliance declarations approaching
The German Packaging Ordinance requires manufacturers or distributors of consumer goods to join a compliance scheme for packaging recovery and recycling. Britsh exporters should now be making their year-end declarations and, where necessary, be preparing to be audited for the Certificate of Completeness (VE - Vollständigkeitserklärung).
