Events - Booking Conditions

  • Cancellations must be made in writing at least 7 days before the event is held. Otherwise, if there is a charge for the event, payment will be due in full.
  • Participants may be substituted, provided the Chamber is notified in advance.
  • Guest lists are printed two days before the event and any alterations after this date can not be included. Members and visitors attending the event will be given guest lists for networking purposes.
  • Please be advised that photographs will be taken at the event for use on the Chamber’s website, marketing material and in other online media such as LinkedIn, facebook, flickr and twitter. Pictures including captions will be published in its member magazine. By entering this event, you consent to the Chamber photographing and using your image and likeness.
