The privacy notices are in connection with the processing of your personal data for member administration and communication. Without your data (contact details) we are unable to process your membership. We will process your personal data in the United Kingdom and in Germany.
 

Purposes and legal basis of data processing

In order to fulfill our contractual obligations and in accordance with our Articles of Association, personal data (contact details) of the contact persons are held and processed. We us the data for managing our member database, for our own marketing, for sending our newsletter, for invitations to events and invitations to participate in surveys. On our website and in our member directory only the general email address of the company will be shown.
 

Storage of personal data

Your personal data will be processed for the duration of your membership with us. We will delete your personal data in accordance with applicable retention periods and legal obligations after your membership with us ends.
