Job Description
The ideal candidate is passionate about developing relationships and uncovering insights in the finance industry with respect to Corporates and Financial Institutions. Executive Interviewers are responsible for conducting interviews and obtaining valuable insights to achieve high quality Studies.
As an Executive Interviewer, you will work as part of a centralized team in cultivating relationships with senior buy-side professionals and gathering the information that gives Greenwich Associates its competitive advantage in the global consulting market. You will help execute marketing strategies and conduct face to face and phone interviews directly with decision makers at some of the highest levels of global organizations. Individuals in this position will work closely with the firm’s Field Operations team as well as our Consultants who run the study and provide the subject matter context to inform your interviews. Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to be persuasive with buy-side clients are critical to the success of this role; financial markets knowledge is essential.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Das Organisieren, Arrangieren und Ausführen von Interviews zu unseren Studien mit ausgewählten Fachkräften aus Finanz- und Grossunternehmen
- Der Aufbau von langfristigen Beziehungen mit Interviewpartnern durch InPerson und Telefoninterviews
- Repräsentation von Coalition Greenwich während der Ausführung der Interviews
- Dateneintrag in das zentrale Greenwich Associates EIPM System
- Datenaufbau im zentralen EIPM System
- Recherchieren von neuen Daten um Datenbank, wenn notwendig zu aktualisieren und auf dem neusten Stand zu halten
Qualifications / Experience:
Our ideal candidate is seeking to make a substantial difference to the quality of data. Being a good relationship builder, professional manner and self-starter are essential. Candidates must also have experience in the European markets. Furthermore, the ideal candidate should possess the following essential (and desired) requirements:
- Experience in the banking or finance sector
- Demonstrates solid business judgment and the ability to think and act independently
- Able to manage a portfolio and return the desired results within the allotted timeframe
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Technically capable in Excel and Word
- Outstanding organizational, persuasive, and time-management skills
- Tenacity and perseverance toward study results
- Solution driven and creative thinker
- Excellent phone manner
- Team player
- Business Proficiency in European languages
