Position Information
Legal advice to the department Project Finance UK / Structured Finance. Duties will include negotiations, preparation, drafting, review and legal advice re. structuring loan agreements and related documentation, facilitating delivery within necessary timelines.
Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders as required.
Training and advising staff re. legal issues in relation to Project Finance business
Interface to Head Office legal department with respect to legal professional exchange, monitoring of legal developments and engagement of external legal advisors
