This presentation will provide insight and practical takeaways for the potential business and employment tax implications of Brexit for both UK and German businesses.
The seminar will take place from 5.30pm to 6.30pm followed by refreshments.
The speakers at the seminar are:
Rebecca heads up the corporate tax team in Menzies’ Woking office where she specialises in advising businesses on their international tax affairs. As a German speaker, she works closely with Menzies’ HLB partner firms in Germany to provide joined up cross-border tax advice, including group restructuring, corporate residence, transfer pricing and BEPS implementation.
Paula heads up the Menzies’ expatriate tax function where she specialises in providing personal and cross-border tax advice. She regularly advises on residence and domicile, double tax treaty relief, structuring cross-border assignments of employees and social security in relation to cross-border engagements. She has also written tax guidance for Tolley’s and is a member of the ICAEW Employment tax technical committee.
