STS Verification International GmbH

Established in 2018, STS Verification International GmbH ("SVI") is a third party verifier authorised by the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) to verify compliance of securitisation transactions with the "Simple, Transparent and Standardised" (STS) framework under the European Securitisation Regulation. With team members located in Germany, Italy and the UK, it supports banks, corporates, leasing companies and other market participants on all types of eligible true sale and synthetic securitisations.
