Booking Conditions
- Cancellations must be made in writing at least 7 days before the event is held. Otherwise, if there is a charge for the event, payment will be due in full.
- Participants may be substituted, provided the Chamber is notified in advance.
- Guest lists are printed two days before the event and any alterations after this date cannot be included. Members and visitors attending the event will be given guest lists for networking purposes.
- Please be advised that photographs will be taken at the event for use on the Chamber’s website, marketing material and in other online media. By entering this event, you consent to the Chamber photographing and using your image and likeness.
Privacy Notice for Events
This privacy notice is made in connection with the processing of your personal data provided to us when registering for our event. We will process the personal data entered by you to process your registration and to communicate with you about the event. We will delete your personal data after the event in accordance with our internal retention policies. There will be no transfer of your personal data to third parties. We will process your personal data in the United Kingdom and in Germany.
Please note that we will make guest lists available for members and visitors attending the event. Our guest lists contain title, first name, surname and business name of the attendee. Please be advised that photographs will be taken at the event for use on the Chamber’s website, marketing material and in other online media such as LinkedIn, facebook, flickr and twitter. Pictures including captions with your name and business name will be published in our member magazine. By entering our event, you consent to the Chamber photographing and using your image and likeness.
