Members who would like to attend the Annual General Meeting must have registered by Friday, 18th September 2026.
The agenda includes the adoption of the Annual Report 2025, the election of the President, Vice Presidents and Councillors as well as the appointment of the auditors.
Should a member not be able to attend the AGM, she or he can appoint a proxy to vote on her/his behalf. In order to do so, please download the proxy form below and return to us, preferably via email to s.schoeling(at)ahk-london.co.uk, by 18th September 2026 at 6:00pm (BST).
Following the Annual General Meeting, we would be delighted to welcome members to our Annual Reception at the Madera from 6.30pm. The reception is strictly for members and by invitation only. Further information can be found HERE.
