Procure Ai secures $13m seed funding to transform enterprise procurement with AI-native automation
Procure AI has raised $13 million in seed funding to accelerate its mission of transforming procurement through AI-native autonomous agents. The round was led by Headline, with participation from C4 Ventures, Futury Capital, and prominent industry angels.
Procurement teams today face rising operational complexity, resource shortages, and volatile supply conditions. With supplier costs representing up to 75% of revenue for large enterprises, even small efficiency gains yield significant financial impact. Research shows that AI-enabled procurement can deliver up to 10% improvements in productivity and cost savings.
Procure Ai addresses these challenges with an end-to-end platform that integrates fragmented procurement data and deploys more than 50 AI agents across sourcing, contracting, purchasing, and invoice management. Core solutions such as Autonomous Spot-Buy and Tactical Sourcing deliver up to 46% time reduction and over 5% savings per event, while Quote-to-Order Intake enables 60% of requests to run autonomously.
Founded by Konstantin von Büren and Yves Bauer, Procure AI has grown revenue 4x over the past year and supports enterprise clients including EnBW and Kärcher.
