Obligatory Data Protection Complaint Form
The coming reform of data protection law in the UK will arm individuals with the right to make a direct complaint to a company, if an individual considers that there was infringement of the UK GDPR or the DPA 2018 in connection with the processing of their personal data by the company. All UK companies will be obligated to facilitate individuals to make direct electronic complaints to them, e.g. by offering an online complaint form on the company website. This obligation also provides companies with an advantage – individuals must first make use of this complaints procedure before the Information Commissioner Office (ICO) will deal with a complaint made to it by the individual. However, the technological safeguarding of complaints and the legal assessment should be carried out by experts. UK Government launches Scale-up visa to help growing firms hire talent

The UK has launched the much-awaited Scale-up visa promising to make it cheaper and easier for fast-growing firms to sponsor and hire highly-skilled migrants, such as programmers, scientists, financial advisers, economists, engineers, HR managers.
The Scale-up visa is a very flexible route to settlement together with dependants.
It is an attractive work visa for employers as the set-up is streamlined, the cost and administrative burden relatively low. Applying to be able to sponsor Scale-up Workers is easier and cheaper than other comparable sponsor licences.
To qualify scale-ups must have annualised growth in either staff or turnover of at least 20% over the past three years, with at least ten staff to begin with.
