Meet us in Edinburgh with guest speaker Angus Robertson MSP plus live screening of the EURO 2024 matches

Meet us in the heart of Edinburgh for our annual get-together in cooperation with the German National Tourist Office, the Austrian Trade Commission / ADVANTAGE AUSTRIA UK, and the Swiss Consulate General in Edinburgh.

We are delighted to welcome Angus Robertson MSP as our Guest Speaker to talk about Scotland’s relationship with the EU. Mr Robertson is an SNP politician, Member of the Scottish Parliament for Edinburgh Central, and Cabinet Secretary for the Constitution, External Affairs and Culture. Furthermore, we are pleased to announce that Dr Denis Alt, State Secretary, Ministry of Science and Health Rhineland-Palatinate, will join us on the evening.

In addition, the 2024 European Football Championship will take place in Germany and ten German cities will become true football hubs. The reception will be preceded by a live screening of the EURO 2024 football match Germany vs Hungary from 5pm and be followed by the Scotland vs Switzerland from 8pm. A great opportunity to meet and connect with fellow members and guests while supporting your favourite team.

The event will take place at the beautiful Riddle’s Court, a historic jewel in Edinburgh's Old Town and a major conservation and interpretation project led by the Scottish Historic Buildings Trust.
