Leading with Purpose
"LEADING WITH PURPOSE" is a virtual leadership development programme tailored for those identified with strong leadership potential, or keen to develop their individual leadership skills.
Participants will learn how to inspire and motivate their teams. They will discover ways to positively influence key stakeholders, and investigate different methods and approaches for sustainable leadership. By identifying their own leadership style, participants will become more confident, courageous and resilient as a leader, so that they can accelerate in their roles and deliver impact. The coaching approach of the programme, encourages authenticity, integrity and an alignment with their values as a leader.
It is aimed at different sectors, business sizes and countries and is limited to 12 places. It starts 14th October 2022, and is followed by 7 weekly sessions.
The online programme will be led by Katrin Charlton, an experienced executive coach (ICF) with background in the Financial Services Industry, and is supported by other experienced coaching associates. It is a pilot offered at a reduced rate of £2400, with an early-bird rate of £2200 offered if you book by the 30th September 2022. This reduced rate is also available for AHK and FSB Members.
